Support at the One Stop Shop includes:

• Hestia Independent Domestic Abuse Advisors (IDVAs) who can help you with housing, safety plans, court proceedings and more.
• Free legal advice.
• A telephone service run by the police force who can advise you on reporting procedures and other police processes in terms of domestic abuse.
• Citizens Advice will be available to provide generalist advice regarding benefits, housing and other generalist advice.
